Crossing Over is all about immigrants who cross over to America, and the problems they face, when they are caught without papers. There are a lot of characters in the film, and this has caused hindrance to the development of the plot in the film. Wayne Kramer has tried the best that he could do to allow the characters to develop, however except for the character played by Harrison Ford. That the director had tried to capture all the aspects of immigration right from the people immigrating to the country, to the people helping in such immigration, and those who try to stop these immigrations the film is quite evident from the film. The clear message that is depicted in the film is that the country is good for those who are born in it, as immigrants are sure to face problems. With so much to cover, the director has not been able to do much justice to the theme of the movie.

People have always a special liking for movies that are high in action and do not mind going for such movies even if they do not have any story in it. However this does not mean that directors can have loads of action in a movie without any story in it, and expect it to be liked by the audience. The actors in the movie are all below par and they have been of least help in making the weak storyline seemingly interesting by their performances. The action fights that are there in the movie are so short that they are over even before they start. The main plot of the film is about Chung Li, who is after the villain named Bison, to take revenge for the murder of her father. There have been many other action movies in the past, but none of them turned out to be an utter disaster as this one.

There seems to be a sudden splurge of films shot in 3D hitting the movie halls in recent times. The story of the film is about the three Jonas brothers Nick, Kevin and Joe, and their fans. There is nothing much in the story except for some live performances that are shown in the film, with 3D effect in them, which would give movie goers a feel of watching the concerts live. The film can neither be termed as too good, nor can it be termed to be too bad. It is targeted mostly for the teenagers, and would be liked by them. The cinematography in the film is quite good, and the shots of the stage have been done quite tastefully. With the target audience being children the movie is not expected to do much of a business. Directed by Bruce Hendricks, this movie looks set to do well amongst the teenage audience.
