    Directed by Richard LaGravenese, the American drama is about a woman, who is being lifted in her spirits by the messages, pre-arranged by her deceased husband. The sweet romantic moments in the film move on smoothly, with the changes in season and the messages from Gerry, pushing Holly ahead into her future.

    The casting includes Gerard Butler and Hillary Swank, playing the characters of Gerry and Holly respectively. They are accompanied by Lisa Kudrow and Gina Gershon, acting as the best friends of Holly. The essence of the movie lies in the messages, each of which is signed below with the message P.S. I Love You.

    For the movie leading actress Hillary Swank won the Irish Film and Television Award for the best International Actress. The critics did not have much to say about the movie, but the audiences did find it a bit touching, seeing Holly finally open up herself long after her husband’s demise.

    The 2008 drama film is directed by the Australian director Robert Luketik, and reveals the real life story of few bright and young minds. The plot revolves around how they captured millions from Vegas, involving an M.I.T. student, his sexy teammate and a mathematics professor.

    Starring Kevin Spacey, as the professor Micky Rosa, Jim Sturgess (Ben Campbell) and Kate Bosworth (Jill Taylor), the film shows some of the intricate calculations to break the jinx and win at the Vegas casinos. However, the best part of the game is the masterminds have to get their game right and at the same time, remain a step ahead of the enforcer Cole Williams (Laurence Fishburne).

    The movie started of pretty well at the Box Office, in spite of the negative reviews from the critics. The plot was thoroughly justified with a little alteration from the original book, from which the script has been taken.

Watch 3:10 To Yuma Online

    The adaptation to Elmore Leonard’s short story, this 2007 western film is the remake of 1957 movie with same name. James Mangold has done an excellent job in directing the story of a rancher, taking up the assignment of transporting a convict to Yuma, for desperate need of money.

    The movie 3:10 To Yuma has a powerful cast including Russell Crowe as Ben wade and Christian Bale as Dan Evans, the outlaw and the rancher respectively. The supporting cast includes Ben Foster, Peter Fonda, Logan Lerman and Gretchen Mol, who served their purpose pretty well.

    The film had been nominated for the Best Original Score and Best Sound Mixing at the 80th Academy Awards, and obviously received favorable reviews from the critics. The film remained on the top of Box Office at the opening weekend and was pretty well accepted by the audience, who got to see the western adventures on screen after a long time.
